Just got back from a gluttonous vacation and ready to get back into shape and drop some lbs!! Really need to buckle down and focus on myself and my diet which includes making time for myself after work and heading to the gym, eating well and making time to cook my own meals instead of running out and spending more money. I'm feeling better than I have in awhile after gaining some perspective while on vacation, I just hope it's sustainable.
135.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
