Doing very well. I find that if I go follow the menu 100% and don't second think any part of the food I eat I do great! When I make the menu for the day in the morning I make a copy to put in the kitchen and eat ONLY what is on the paper. I am an insulin dependant diabetic and have been able to cut back considerably. Heavy dense carbs and sugar from fruits and other foods deleted from my food intake have made my diabetes and weight more managable. I feel really good and very optimistic. :]
