Note to self... Self.. You have no freakin willpower. Stop buying protein bars! Stupid sweet tasting innocent looking sticks of gooey glory. *smacks head* Seriously? This is how I got to big in the first place. You would think by now I would have learned my lesson. Crap.

Here's my 2 cents...I just grab a handful of macadamia nuts and it is almost like a meal. :) I even heat them up with salt sometimes.

No more protein bars! Almonds, pecans, nuts make better go to snacks :) And if you give up all those bad carbs you won't fart in front of your husband! :)

iamachristianjesusfreak, I love Cascadian Farms Cereal and Dark Chocolate Almond Granola is my favorite; it is addicting and delicious!
