Weight gain - however my clothes are looser so pretty sure I am gaining muscle from all the running and lifting, and losing fat and inches. I'm ok with that :)
189.8 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 34.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.8 lb a week
