1870 kcal Fat: 36.42g | Prot: 102.27g | Carb: 290.74g.   Breakfast: Raisin Bran, Orange Juice, 1% Fat Milk. Lunch: 1% Fat Milk, Light Fat Free Apple Turnover Yogurt, 2% Milkfat Lowfat Small Curd Cottage Cheese (Snack Size). Dinner: Pasta Shells, Glazed Walnuts, Artichoke Hearts, Crumbled Blue Cheese, Craisins Cherry Juice Infused, Honey Mustard Dressing, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Chicken Breast, 1% Fat Milk. Snacks/Other: Chewy Lowfat Granola Bars. more...
