I weighed in today. I thought it was a little early considering this is only day four, but I felt good and wanted to see. Got on the scale and I was 2 lbs less than my starting weight. I personally think its the old ass scale my wife insists on keeping around. I have a new self calibrating digital scal getting delivered next week, so I should see more accurate results.

Its kind of a moral boost to keep doing what I am doing though.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
