I had to laugh at the scale; two Zumba classes and the SMELL of cabbage soup & I loses weight, lol!
129.6 lb Lost so far: 72.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you, mars2kids. :o) Bella, I'm airing out the house as I type! My crazy train rolls on down the track, lol. I munched on a bunch of dried baby pineapple while i was running around today; hey, it's fruit with nothing added. I added some fresh basil to my lunch soup; yum!
