I made a mistake...went to the grocery store when I was really hungry, stomach growling...I slipped & bought some cookies and they were really good too, OOOPS!!
But I did buy good food and the plan is in place for tomorrow, more food & less calories! I'm kinda pumped. Speaking of pumped, I worked out again tonight...I'm sweating and panting, so that's a good thing right? The key is to keep this up when I get home, without the cookie mishap ;-)
