Amazing...I did my workout yesterday, but a less intense version. Seemed to help my soreness and achy-ness!! Seemed to "work out" all the kinks!! I am now a FULL believer in this workout stuff!! :)

It feels good! Doesn't matter if you are in tip top shape or sore. It will make you feel good when you're done. Plus, I just like the feeling that I CAN do it. Tells me I'm still alive!!! LOL
