Ok all this bread that Nutritionist has me on is trying to kill me with bloating. I don't care. No bread tomorrow. Lots of veggies extra, some extra fruit, lean proteins, olive oil, vinegar, and water. No wheat products, dairy or rye except for a part skim piece of cheese maybe. Somehow I am going to win at this whole thing. I should be able to get to my calorie level with this approach. I wonder if black coffee is hard to digest..., too...

I am right with you Sally, not sure if black coffee is hard to digest but the input I have re the bloat say to try to avoid caffein, I have limited myself to one cup a day and try to avoid coffee completely, I think it has helped but I did drink endless amount before. Best of everything to you :) Mo
