I have not been following any kind of program nor have I been very motivated. I am dealing with a lot of stress and emotions right now in my life...which is actually the time when I need to exercise to release my frustrations. I hope to get back on track this week.

you can do it sis im working on losing weight too. Life at times can be very stressfull but i figure if you can do this so can i :)
