Today is the first day of the rest of my life. And it's about time I got back on track. I have gained back all the weight I lost last year and I feel like crap because of it. I am the matron of honor in my best friend's wedding in 4 months and I am not going to look bigger than the bridesmaid who is going to be 8 months pregnant! I understand that I eat like crap and don't go to the gym, but I have 2 kids and work full time and am never sitting still for more than 5 minutes. Yet I still gain weight. I could see if my weight just stayed in place but GAINING, WTH! So enough with the exuses, I am back on track today! I pay for a gym membership and dammit I'm going to use it! The girls at work are supportive of this as well so at least I have them doing it with me (well not the gym part, but eating better).
