I'm back after two days of silliness. My fasting glucose this morning tells the tale. It went from 107 to 127. I don't have any trouble at all eating all the lovely food I can have, in the house. It's when I go to meetings and they have carrot cake and cheese cake available . . . that's the rub. LOL. No more meetings for three weeks. Yay!!!

I can so relate to what you are saying. I find it fairly easy to stay on track at home where the only food in the house is what I buy and prepare. When I go out to eat or to functions where food is included their always seems to be too much temptation. I am still trying to learn how to handle it. I LOVE to get to stay home!
