I didn't make it on here yesterday. I walked in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure. It started out as a VERY cold day...see your breath cold!! After enduring the morning cold, it did turn out to be a nice day! It has kicked my butt! I want to think it was just the cold, not my age :/ But I don't know. I workout now, and I am at a less weight than in previous years. (I have been in 7) After those, I have gone shopping and went about my day/weekend. This time I am so sore and achy. I came home and took a nap, and today I am just not myself. I do plan to do a little light biking, maybe hooping. Need to get it together....tomorrow is Monday!!

Sounds like the cold got to you. It can happen and make the aches and pains worse. Was it cold like that in years before? Here's a funny thought, you are less weight now, that's just less to keep you warm! Celebrate! It's like when I workout really well and get so sore afterwards, the soreness tells me I did my body some good! :)

Good one Beck! I don't recall it ever being this cold in past walks. So probably was the cold! Funny too, I did a light ride and hooped. This morning woke up feeling like myself and did my kettlebell! :)

Oh, I wanted to tell you I did the kettlebell for the first time yesterday at 9Round! He had me doing squats and raising two kettles straight out in front of me making my arms go horizontal as I squatted. How comfortable those things are with their little handles! I may have to find a set! I don't know what pound they were though. Glad you are feeling like yourself again.

Glad you liked the kettles! Like the handle too! I have a 10 pounder. I looked on-line for things to do and in a magazine. I really like them too. Let me know what size you work with a 9Round.
