what is the pink method?

It's a diet that really works ! Believe it or not, I saw the Pink Method Diet on Dr. Phil one day, and the ladies who started this diet were on the show and promoting it. I was very interested, so I ordered it, and I was on the diet about a little over 6 months ago and I lost a LOT of weight on it and very fast- only problem is, it is only certain foods that I can eat, which really is the hard part- I'm gonna track all of my meals from the diet on here- there are certain steps, or "phases", like the very beginning is just the detox phase, where the only foods allowed are protein, non-dairy, and UNLIMITED veggies, which is a big selection, but I only eat carrots, so everytime I got hungry all I was able to snack on was raw carrots, and after awhile, I got sick of eating just that! Its a great diet tho, and it comes with exercise tapes as well. If u want to read more about it, u can go on the site- www.pinkmethod.com - that diet really works, the only reason why I stopped the diet before was BC I broke my ring toe and sprained my big toe while doing the exercises, so unfortunately that was my scape-goat and I haven't gone back on it since now - I'm gonna keep track of my foods on here, so u can kind of get how the food works - I just know 4oz of protein for lunch, 4oz of protein at night, and unlimited raw veggies for snacks- and also, no exercising during the "detox" phase BC no carbs means no energy, very weak in phase one! Have anymore questions, just let me know, but the website pretty much explains it all!
