Ahh poopy, thought for sure I would be down, I had a perfect day yesterday.. well I will just have another one today, and tomorrow see some new numbers...
247.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 48.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
