1440 kcal Fat: 48.26g | Prot: 65.65g | Carb: 205.96g.   Breakfast: Lowfat 2% Milk, Honey Nut Cheerios. Lunch: Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Pistachios (Package), Schwan's Oven Baked Chicken Breasts, KFC Macaroni & Cheese (Individual). Dinner: Doritos Nacho Cheesier Tortilla Chips, Kroger Lowfat 2% Milk, StarKist Foods Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water, Kraft Light Mayo, Aunt Millie's Healthy Goodness Fiber for Light Whole Grain Bread. Snacks/Other: Snyder's of Hanover Mini Pretzels, Kroger Lowfat 2% Milk, Wheat Thins Crackers - Original, General Mills Cocoa Puffs. more...
