Nice to be back in the routine. My god, I forgot how valuable a tool logging really is. Had a good week getting back into the routine: water, exercise, no diet cokes, NO FAST FOOD. these are the greatest tools in my arsenal. It was routine before i slipped out a bit, becoming routine again. Sometimes my head builds things up to be harder than they are. As with many things, the hardest part is starting! Buddies, I am seeing and enjoying your posts!
183.6 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 3.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's great to see you here, Mike. You have been a great inspiration to me through my weight loss journey. And you're right - sometimes we just get sidetracked and forget the value of doing this. And MANY times we tend to make the whole "losing weight game" a LOT harder than it is. Keep it simple, and you're well on your way. :)
