haven't used the sight much this week I have been pretty busy and not eating good at all and today my tummy hurts :( I guess that's what I deserve. Its telling me how bad I am and I don't like it one bit so tomorrow back on track and feeling better is the goal!

thank Kathy! that is just what I needed this morning...I am feeling like I am getting no where I was going to get on and post a feeling sorry for myself post. thanks now I know I really need to tell myself to get moving!

Don't feel sorry for yourself. It only makes you feel bad. When my diet is getting me down I look at what I have accomplished, stay on track for a few days without pushing myself and then redouble my efforts. Sometimes your body needs to adjust and after it makes the adjustments will start to drop more pounds. Don't give up hope! I believe in you, so believe in yourself!
