I am honestly amazed that I've stuck to exercising every day. I don't consider myself an active person, so this is a true accomplishment for me. It's not much: jogging in place on my Wii Fit, doing some yoga, maybe some strength training, but it's WAY better than nothing! :)
I'm wondering if I shouldn't try amping it up a bit...but I'm concerned I'd get too tired of it to maintain. I think I've found something I can do every day, and I'll stick to that small success.
My goal with the jogging is to get to a point where I'm comfortable enough to jog outdoors. Right now, I'm a little too insecure with myself.
