So here I am being a slinky on the scale again.. up and down, up and down. It doesn't even reflect on my chart because the ups depress me so I don't record them, lol!

So, I suppose I need to give up and eat whatever the hell I want, and just exercise a lot! That's how I've done it before! I just hate working so hard and loosing 3lbs, just to gain it all back in one night. Argh!

So. Diet, no longer happening. I will still eat healthy, BUT, I am just going to exercise my arse off (literally!)
