Going to the doctor is so frustrating! I went today and showed a four pound weight loss in two weeks. They are always telling me that I'm obese and need to lose weight, etc. but they said NOTHING! Also, the scale pisses me off. At the doctors, I weigh 212. At the gym, 208. At home, 209-210. I am just going to stick with my home scale until it budges. And this has been the week from hell in terms of food. There's been two birthdays at work and everyone has brought in tons of yummy food. And my birthday is tomorrow! I am just going to do the best I can and restart my stringent calories next week. Life!

Sounds like you are doing great no matter what. Scales are calibrated differently, so you can get different readings on each scale. Just use your one scale as your official scale. Have a great birthday.
