I think the scale has tricked me today. I can't believe I've lost more weight...but as I tend to fluctuate here and there, I feel this isn't a solid number until I can hold it steady for a few days. I'm really feeling positive and hubby has noticed too and has been really supportive --- as he eats peanut butter cup chocolate ice cream on the sofa next to me!
133.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
