Today is my first day with Fat Secret! I have been on a great
accountability team for almost 3 weeks. I love the energy of accountability partners - and look forward to journaling my success!

Diet Calendar Entry for 19 April 2013:
1123 kcal Fat: 63.91g | Prot: 41.56g | Carb: 109.57g.   Breakfast: Grits, Fried Egg, Milk (2% Lowfat Without Added Vitamin A and Nonfat Solids), Papayas, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch: Parmesan Cheese (Shredded), Herbal Tea, Harvest Sensations Organic Kale Salad, Dried Pine Nuts. Dinner: MeeTu Chinese Noodles, Chinese Cabbage Salad with Dressing. Snacks/Other: Oil Popped White Popcorn, Ideal Protein Choco Peanut Butter Protein Bar. more...
