Very frustrated. Only lost 4 lbs in 3 wks.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey! What are you eating and doing everyday to lose weight? Looks like you have already lost 30lbs! Great job! I'm not sure why, but sometimes after you lose so much weight it just stops....or so I hear. Don't get discouraged! :)

But are you increasing your lean muscle mass? If so, and if you are feeling better and your clothes are fitting differently, don't sweat it.

Four pounds in three weeks is awesome! Many things factor in to weight loss. Next week you might have a big drop or you may be one of those people who lose a pound or two a week (which is most people on the planet). Great job!
