How in the heck do you gain 4 lbs in a week? Grrrrrrrrr!
219.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet meant2befit's own diet   gaining 3.5 lb a week

If you are on your menstrual period you can gain weight from the excess water your body has during this time. Don't give up! :)
