Im really getting tired of being north of 300.....i run i work out i watch what i eat and ive been stuck in the 3teens for 3 months WTF!!
315.0 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.7 lb a week

You're probably staying the same because you have been working out and you have gained muscle. You lost 43 pounds so far. . . that's terrific! Have your bodyfat % done. I bet that's what's going on.
