It is so exciting to be able to put on pants/jeans tuck in your shirt, wear a belt and you can see the buckle! This is amazing to me! I have not lost any lbs this week but it sure does show! I am just so amazed! I can't believe this!

Now on to this weekend - I am going on a short trip to my Mom's house and to visit my BFF for her birthday. I go her on Atkins (she has over 100 to lose) and she has lost 15 lbs so far! YEAH DEB! So I think between the 2 of us we shouldn't be too bad! We have planned 2 "cheat dinners" over the next 4 days (Sushi & Italian) but we are going to try to keep it to a minimum!(HA-HA). The drinks are what I am worried about! I will report when I get back! HAVE A GREAT WEEK EVERYONE!

Okay, so people will probably yell at me for this. But I truly believe there are occasions when you need to just go enjoy yourself, and if that includes a drink or a carb here or there just do it. This is a WOE for life. I don't mean doing it often. But two or three times a year for special occasions.
