I'm eating balance meals--not depriving myself--and watching my calories. I'm sticking to 1300-1500 calories and exercising w/a trainer 3 times a week (cardio and resistance). Losing about a pound a week and loving it.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
