Overall, I had a great weekend. I indulged a bit here and there... a few drinks, a little pizza, a few snacks. But, I never felt like I was out of control. Walked a lot too. Here's hoping for a good week ahead!
134.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

u are doing great! i think i will be really off this weekend coming, so i am trying to be good these next few days. my friend diane brought over a peanut butter chocolate pudding cool whip graham cracker pie today which is now in my freezer! she did use reduced fat pb, nonfat cool whip and sugar free pudding, but still!!!!!!!!!!! and it is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo... yummy!

thanks for the support. i feel good, but the weight is just so slow to come off and i never have a perfect "points" day. the pie sounds yummy. at least it's not fully-loaded with all the real stuff! looking forward to the weekend.
