Oh dear! *hugs* Ice ice ice! Swelling of any body part is not good. Some of it will be water weight. Start drinking at least 64 oz's of water a day! It should help!
Also, look into the group 'Progress, Not Perfection'. We list our goals for the day, even if it's to only drink water. At least it's a start!
