Nosrecka's Journal, 18 April 2013

Today was my first weigh day. I need to do something. Went shopping with my sister-in-law, yesterday and my legs hurt so bad and were so swollen, when I got home. All because of morbid obesity. What do I do? I've got to lose some weight or be in a wheel chair to shop with my daughters, they power shop.

Oh dear! *hugs* Ice ice ice! Swelling of any body part is not good. Some of it will be water weight. Start drinking at least 64 oz's of water a day! It should help! Also, look into the group 'Progress, Not Perfection'. We list our goals for the day, even if it's to only drink water. At least it's a start! Looking forward to helping you attain your goals! -Jason

Hmmm I'm thinking maybe a talk with your doctor is in order. How long were you on your feet yesterday? You may need to start an exercise plan that is low impact coupled with a diet plan that will help you get started losing weight and help you work up to more significant exercise.
