Decreased my weight training time until I can find a reliable protein supplement to go with my chicken breast consumption. Also will rest on Wednesdays and Sundays until maybe 2nd week in May. Trying to listen to my body. It has been talking to me lol! Continuing to consume my calories before 5pm. Still teetering between taking in 1500 to 2000 calories. I sort of go with how my body feels each day for caloric intake for now its not really set like my exercises. I will set it once I feel more informed about how my body works with health issues im currently having. Spoke to the nurse at my doc ofc today she recommended i take in 1k - 4k of otc vit d until my doc refills my prescript vit d for another month which will prob be in a few days. Hopefully after another month I wont need the script anymore. I hope to not need to take very many supplements at all by the end of the year due to getting it from actual food. Im currently looking into spirulina, chia seeds, aloe vera for natural detox. A few other foods i learned from watching thd movie Hungry For Change further inspired me to look back into vegitarianism with a nutritionist when im ready so i can have more guidance on what my body needs to succeed with such a diet. I just think my body was in shock the first time i did it bc i had so much fat to lose and i was so unhealthy and i didnt have the proper guidance and education about it. The amount of research i need to do on weightloss and my body is incredible. I know so little. The plan is to have a better grasp on the info by June bc I need to really get into beast mode on my journey. I have this really crazy goal of doing a major marathon maybe by the end of this year or the beginning of 2014. I dont know...i'll see. But one goal at a time of course lol! I really want to take my journey very slowly bc as much as I want to look good of course, I want to live a healthy life for the rest of my life.
How I felt about myself in oct 2012 was so negative and the progress I've made emotionally is just amazing. Still a lot of work left to do but I dont mind bc im a healthier, happier person for fully investing in myself today.
