Yesterday: Cals/Ratios/Exercise - all 100% of goal.
Increased elliptical to 30 minutes. I think that will be the new daily upper limit for a week or so. Need to stay aerobic and not go anaerobic for now. Don't want to "over-modulate" the recording. Have to keep everything in the zone.
Will make sure to record weight everyday in order to get the best possible data set.
Will start saving common meals to favorites. No need to reinvent the wheel on a daily basis.
Exercise period begins at 7am.
Did burn rate calculation for the period April 1 - April 17: # of days = 17 Average daily calorie intake: 1262 Weight Loss: 6.5 Lbs. (6.5x3500/17= 1338 calories lost per day) 1262 + 1338 = 2600 cals per day burn rate.
