Started exercising and calorie counting on Monday, 15 April 2013. My motivation is insane, I'm so psyched to achieve my goal...the reason behind this motivation is a bit messed up though, but whatever it clearly works!
Now that I'm counting all my calories I realised that I've been eating much less than I'm actually suppose to most days and then on random days I binge out entirely. So I guess keeping an eye on what you eat and how much you eat with the calorie counter does help.
So happy I came across this website!
