Binged yesterday. I kinda hate myself for that right now, but what is done is done.
I'm particularily pissed since I know that I'm gonna be drinking tomorrow and that I'm gonna eat out and drink again on Wed.
But I'll be super good in the meanwhile and try not to drink too much tomorrow and not eat at all if possible.
I know it's not healthy but right now I just don't give a shit about what's healthy and what's not. It's frustrating enough not to lose weight as quickly as I would like to.

any idea what led to the binge?

Yep, I was under much stress b/c of my current work situation and I took some xanax to relieve the stress... which led to a "f##k it, if you wanna eat, eat" attitude. But I accept it, it's part of the process. I used to binge or binge and purge twice a day, before. I've been good yesterday, though. But I'm not losing... bleh.
