Had a cheat day yesterday. Was intensely hungry and craving junk all day long. So I had some chips, popcorn, and greasy food throughout the day. Back on the bandwagon today.

Sometimes days like that are needed to refresh your motivation.

Every once in awhile you have to have those days, its being able to stop at one day and get back on track that is key! Good for you for getting back at it today. I took a rest day from exercise yesterday without feeling any guilt for not working out and I was much more intense and focused with my work out this morning!
