I need hash marks. I can pass my tape at 180.... That is 6 lbs from now. At 173 I can pass my height weight screening on a tall day. That is 12 lbs from now. At 168 I can pass the screen on a short day. That is 17 lbs from now. I don't want to stop there. @ 159.6 I am 5% under my screen. That is where I really need to be. 26.4 lbs. time to dig deep.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
