I HAD A BAD DAY/WEEK AND MARGARITA YESTERDAY WAS CALLING ME WITH CHIPS AND SALSA AND PULL PORK QUESADILLAS. I HAVEN'T WORKED OUT ALL WEEK. I NEED TO GET BACK TO BASICS.
229.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Next time just have the tequilla. LOL. I love to go out to eat at mexican restaurants, and they used to get me in trouble, but i have put a long line of things in place... For starter, do not even let them set those horrible chips on your table, there is no resisting them. Secondly always order fajitas, a side of queso and guacomole, no beans, no rice and no tortillas.... put 1/3 on your plate, then add some queso, guacomole, sour cream and cheese maybe some lettuce, stir and eat. It might not look pretty but is very appetizing, make sure to put all the rest in a to go box, so you are not tempted to keep eating. Eating out is hard, especially mexican because who doesn't want a margarita, and something delicious and full of tortillas... I have found that since I did the fat fast all of these things are much easier to combat, I saw such direct results, then I wasn't craving carbs anymore, and then I could sit at a family function with fresh fried fish, homemade potato chips and hush puppies, raspberry beer, and manage to only eat salad and one large piece of lightly breaded fish, because as good as the rest of that food smelled, it wasn't really that appealing. It really isn't will power once you get through your bodies addiction to carbs. Then it's like magically none of that sounds nearly as appealing as it used to.
