The yo-yo continues. How can I break th cycle? Fat fast again?

Diet Calendar Entry for 17 April 2013:
1253 kcal Fat: 71.84g | Prot: 97.51g | Carb: 51.78g.   Breakfast: Joe's Scramble. Lunch: Fried Battered Scallops, Zucchini, Chickpea Flour (Besan), Trader Joe's Artichoke Hearts. Dinner: Tillamook Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Fork in the Road uncured black forest ham, Mission Carb Balance Small Fajita Tortillas. Snacks/Other: E. Rowan, what if you went back to complete induction for 2 weeks, no cheats, staying under 20 carbs per day? It's worth a try, right?

Have you tried cutting out all processed meats? That usually helps me break a stall. Processed food is a killer...also cutting back on alcohol...didn't check your food diary to see if you indulge, but that usually helps me start dropping the weight too...oh, and artificial sweeteners...any of them...bad news...

Well, I did that, like a month ago. It didn't help. At least the fat fast did something.

I've tried all of that and nothing is coming off. As for lowering carb intake, I eat a lot of whole foods and they are high in calories, fat, natural sugars etc. Meat is good protein but also high. I'm stuck!

Heh, Kyle, just got my first ham in ages. Haven't even had it yet. And my first salami in ages. I had cut them to see if it made a difference and didn't see one. I rarely do sweeteners. Used a Splenda packet to make a MiM this week, but that is unusual. Actually grabbed my first Atkins bar in six ,on this or so last week. I just do t eat much artificial stuff at all.

Keep plugging then!!! Think nutrient dense! You will break this plateau...I am struggling myself so I am totally in sympathy.
