Turning over a new leaf today. Had a good breakfast and did 20 min on the treadmill today. It does make me feel good to know that I am doing good for myself.

My goal when I started this journey was to have lost 20 lbs by my birthday (which is today, turned 34) but that didn't happen... I did however lose almost 10 lbs, so I guess I can be happy about that! :)

Happy Birthday :) Nice too have a buddy that shares a birthday with me!! I have'nt lost as much as I wanted either, But I have toned up a lot. So I happy with that too. Hope you had a lovely day :)
