I worked out this evening - 1 hour on treadmill. I weighed myself and I was up 1/2 pound this morning. So mad at myself. I didn't workout the past two days and the guilt was killing me!! But getting back on track again... going to aim for the 8 glasses of water a day with lemon.
289.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 144.5 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
