Finally on track again. Ate a lot better this week. Lost almost 4 pounds. Been doing cardio on the Wii for an hour a few times this week, and I went bowling. And, when I went off track a couple days, I did so much more sensibly than in the past, and did not sabotage my efforts. Trying to follow 1500-1850 calories per day with an hour of cardio 3 days a week.
