I am not losing at all, on the contrary I am gaining :( I stopped running and walking at night to see if it's "muscle" weight. I just want to make sure and then I will continue with my activities. I hope that's what it is and then I will be happy to keep doing what I'm doing and I wont weigh often anymore. As far as the Atkins way of life I'm still on track. This is my 4th week on Atkins - I just have to have patience and this is not a diet for me it's a new way of eating for now on.

Are you on Induction? If so, you should eliminate the berries and nuts during this phase and also limit your daily cheese intake to fewer portions. Also for quicker initial loss on Induction, you may want to try total carbs versus net carbs to see if that helps move the scale to your liking. Just a few suggestions if you want to speed things up a little. Wishing you luck and a great report on your next doctor visit! :)
