This is what happens when you fall off the wagon. I'm getting back on! There is no denying that diet and exercise is hard work!
224.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.5 lb a week

I find the food part easier than the exercise most days. Guess we could all use a little motivation! We can do this!
