One thing I can be truly thankful for is that the scale hasnt been going up. With everything else going on at least the weight is staying constant.

Will be at the gym for a work out in the next hour.

Changed my number and finally ditched a man who did nothing but tear me down and it feels damn good.

Finally going to make healthier choices not just about what happens with my body but who is around my body.

No more people who try to bring me down are welcome in my life.
