Seeing good results today. I am down another .8lbs, and have lost an inch off of my hip measurement... I'm hoping that the calf muscle I pulled on Saturday while riding my horse, will feel good enough today to start running again. Either that or I'm gonna wrap it up and go anyways. Does anyone know of anything good besides ice and ibuprofen for a pulled muscle?
