Was AWESOMELY shocked when I got on the scale today. I've been following the tenants of Lee Labrada's diet (carbs and protein grams = your weight) and I'VE LOST 9 FREEKING POUNDS IN A WEEK!!! I know some of it's water, but so what! It'll most likely slow down, but great start Steph!!
155.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
