Well, I know how to lose five pounds fast. Unfortunately, it is water weight. Get in a steam room ten minutes or so and swim for an hour. I am going to low carb in a short time. I may give some carb foods away, I can always give them to my friend Luanne as they're not perishable. I am swimming. I recommend if you can get in a gym - GO. And GO every day you can. I am swimming now. I may be able to do light lifting, I have to in order to tone up. Most guys there are thin, as they're burning fat all the time. I think if I can get to 210 or a bit under that and be more muscular in a year it will be worth it. I can do it. I did it last time. One can find a way when there's a will.
