I have struggled for too long. I don't seem to make lasting progress. I must stick to my plan of exercise and cutting calories and find my old slimmer self. I have a walking buddy who will encourage me. I believe it will help.
221.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
