Well, I guess I had reached a plateau the other day, but I managed to keep dieting until I got over it-yeah! I will be measuring everything I eat at this point. Of course, the lowest I have been was 227, when I was in detox. So, we'll see how long it takes to get back to that weight. My goal for today is to stick to the diet with exact measurements on vegetables. I had a few stalks of celery last night after I was done eating, so I'll try to stick with what I'm supposed to being eating precisely.
